  • 12 pack rolls, halved lengthwise
  • 6 oz thinly sliced chicken breast
  • 5 oz thinly sliced turkey breast
  • 5 oz thinly sliced turkey pepperoni
  • 9 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/3 cup sliced pepperoncini
  • 1/3 cup sliced pickled hot cherry peppers
  • 1/4 cup melted salted butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 cup marinara sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Layer the bottom half of the rolls on a baking sheet. Start with chicken breast slices, followed by turkey, turkey pepperoni, provolone cheese, and top with pepperoncini and hot cherry peppers. Cap with the top half of the rolls.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter with Italian seasoning and crushed garlic. Brush generously over the top of the sliders.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serve warm with marinara sauce.
