  • 23 drops red food coloring (optional)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup crushed candy canes
  • 1 cup whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and pressing into a springform pan. Chill for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and peppermint extract. Add food coloring if desired.
  4. Fold in whipped cream gently until combined. Spoon filling into chilled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
