  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press into a lined baking pan and bake for 15–18 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. For the filling, combine sliced peaches, sugar, flour, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in another bowl; let it sit to allow flavors to meld.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugars, cinnamon, and melted butter to make the crumb topping.
  5. Spread peach filling over the crust and sprinkle with crumb topping evenly.
  6. Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Cool completely before slicing into squares.
