Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a shaggy dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 6-8 minutes until smooth. Place in an oiled bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for about an hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  4. Punch down the risen dough, divide into 12 portions, shape into balls, and place in the muffin cups. Let rest for another 20 minutes.
  5. Mix garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Press dimples into each dough ball and spoon the mixture over them.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
