  • 1 cup fig jam
  • ½ cup prepared caramelized onions, rough chopped
  • 4 ounces goat cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pastry by rolling out the dough to ⅛-inch thick and cut out 16 circles.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  5. Bake for 12 minutes until puffy but not golden.
