  • 16 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • Oregano (to taste)
  • Thyme (to taste)
  • Sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season strip steaks with salt and pepper; sear for 4-5 minutes per side until crusty. Let rest before slicing.
