2 strip steaks
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons minced garlic
16 oz rigatoni pasta
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Red pepper flakes (to taste)
Oregano (to taste)
Thyme (to taste)
Sun-dried tomatoes
Instructions
Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season strip steaks with salt and pepper; sear for 4-5 minutes per side until crusty. Let rest before slicing.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth and heavy cream; simmer for 3-4 minutes to thicken.
Whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth; stir in sun-dried tomatoes.
Toss sliced steak tips and rigatoni in the sauce until evenly coated. Warm through.
