  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef while breaking it apart. Add diced onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; sauté until the onion is soft.
  3. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted; remove from heat.
  4. Roll out the crescent or pizza dough and cut into rectangles. Spoon the beef mixture onto each piece and roll tightly to seal.
  5. Place the rollups seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Brush melted butter mixed with minced garlic over the rollups after baking.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
