  • 2 packets unflavored vegan gelatin
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups boiling water (divided)
  • 2 cups cold water (divided)
  • 0.5 cup boiling water (for vegan gelatin)
  • 0.5 cup cold water (for creamy layer)
  • Whipped cream (for topping, optional)
  • Fresh cranberries or holiday sprinkles (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Green Layer: Dissolve green jello mix in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir well, add 1 cup of cold water, and pour into a 9×13-inch dish. Refrigerate for about an hour to set.
  2. Create the Creamy Layer: In a bowl, dissolve vegan gelatin in 0.5 cup boiling water. Mix in sweetened condensed milk and 0.5 cup cold water, then let cool before pouring over the set green layer. Chill for another 45 minutes to an hour.
  3. Add the Red Layer: Dissolve red jello mix in 1 cup boiling water, stir in 1 cup cold water, and pour over the creamy layer once cooled slightly. Refrigerate until fully set (2–3 hours).
  4. Serve: Cut into squares and top with optional whipped cream and garnishes like cranberries or sprinkles.
