  • 1 cup warm water (110°F/43°C)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or sugar)
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast by dissolving it with honey in warm water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Combine the flour, salt, and olive oil with the yeast mixture to form a sticky dough. Cover and let rise for 45–60 minutes until doubled in size.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  4. Scoop the risen dough into muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over each muffin top and sprinkle with rosemary, minced garlic, and flaky sea salt.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
