  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles until al dente; drain and lay flat.
  3. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Spread filling evenly on each noodle and roll tightly.
  5. Place rolls seam-side down in a baking dish with Alfredo sauce on the bottom.
  6. Pour remaining sauce over rolls and top with leftover mozzarella.
