  • 2 cups dill pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup dill pickle ranch dressing
  • 810 wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces in dill pickle juice for at least 8 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Combine kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl; toss the marinated chicken in the spice mix until evenly coated.
  3. Thread the seasoned chicken onto soaked wooden skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  4. Brush half of the ranch dressing over the skewers before cooking.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray the basket with nonstick spray.
  6. Cook the skewers for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  7. Serve with remaining ranch dressing for dipping.
