  • 3 green onions (thinly sliced)

  • β…“ cup sour cream
  • 1 large lime (zested and juiced)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)

Instructions

  3. Ice Bath: Transfer cooked shrimp to an ice water bath to halt cooking; cool for about 3 minutes before draining.
  4. Combine: In a large bowl, mix cooled shrimp with diced cucumber, green onions, and dressing until evenly coated.
