  • 4 Persian cucumbers, sliced
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon rice vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • ½ tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1½ tablespoons honey
  • 12 tablespoons chili oil (depending on how much heat you prefer)
  • 23 teaspoons everything but the bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, grated ginger, and honey to create the dressing.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced bell peppers and cucumbers. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently until coated.
