  • 1/3 cup apple juice (as bourbon substitute)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper and place them in the bottom of your crockpot.
