  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Optional: 1/8 tsp cayenne
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In one bowl, whisk eggs until frothy. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and optional cayenne.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  4. Dredge each chicken cutlet in the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs, pressing down for adherence.
