4 chicken cutlets (or halved chicken breasts)
2 eggs
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Optional: 1/8 tsp cayenne
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Pat chicken dry and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
In one bowl, whisk eggs until frothy. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and optional cayenne.
