  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon white granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 ½ cups imitation crab, chopped
  • 34 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 34 tablespoons garlic chili oil
  • Green onions, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice wonton wrappers diagonally and arrange them on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with kosher salt and bake for about 7 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Once the wonton chips are ready, spread them out on a platter. Spoon the creamy topping over the chips and add chopped imitation crab.
