  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 1/4 tsp coarse salt
  • 1 2/3 cup warm water
  • Pear
  • Pearl onions
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Thinly sliced red onion
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Coarse salt
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine bread flour, yeast, and salt. Add warm water and stir until a shaggy dough forms. Cover and let rise overnight.
  2. Drizzle olive oil in a casserole dish. Pour in the risen dough and spread to fit the dish. Dimple with fingers, drizzle more oil, cover lightly, and let rise for another 2 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Decorate with rosemary as branches and veggies as ornaments.
  4. Sprinkle with coarse salt and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Let cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy warm!
