  • 4 cups bread flour

  5. Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for about two hours.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread softened butter mixed with brown sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and vanilla on top.
  7. Sprinkle with chocolate chips; roll tightly into a log and slice into rolls.
  8. Place in a baking dish to rise again before baking at 350°F for 25-28 minutes.
  9. Drizzle with icing made from cream, espresso powder, powdered sugar, and vanilla once cooled slightly.
