1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup softened unsalted butter
2 large eggs
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in maple syrup.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
