  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)

Instructions

  1. Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil and one tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sear the steak until browned on all sides.
  2. Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
  3. In the same skillet, melt another tablespoon of butter, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add heavy cream and simmer.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted, adding additional salt, pepper, or Cajun seasoning to taste.
  5. Toss cooked rigatoni into the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for consistency. Fold in the seared steak tips.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan and cracked black pepper.
