  • For the glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add grated butter to the dry mixture and rub until coarse crumbs form.
  4. Gently fold in blueberries.
  5. Pour in cold milk and stir until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  6. Turn out dough onto a floured surface, pat to about 1-inch thickness, and cut out biscuits.
