  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 100 grams blue cheese, crumbled
  • 100 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 50 grams walnuts, chopped
  • 68 sprigs fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Sea salt
  • Cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C (350F) or 200C (390F) for non-fan ovens.
  2. Drizzle honey over each sheet of puff pastry.
  3. Evenly distribute walnuts, blue cheese, Parmesan cheese, thyme leaves, sea salt, and cracked pepper on the pastry.
  4. Roll up the pastry tightly and cut in half lengthwise.
