  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (or more to taste)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken thighs into uniform 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; toss to coat.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, honey, and salt until smooth.
  5. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers without overcrowding.
  6. Brush with Bang Bang Sauce before placing in a preheated air fryer at 400°F (200°C).
  7. Cook for about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
