  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 28 oz jar spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz package softened cream cheese
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water for about 12 minutes; drain.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes; drain excess fat and stir in spaghetti sauce.
  3. In a bowl, combine cooked spaghetti with cream cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt until well mixed.
  4. Spread some meat sauce on the bottom of a greased baking pan. Layer the spaghetti mixture on top and cover with remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
  5. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
