- 1 and ½ pounds potatoes (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- Wash and cut the potatoes into uniform 1-inch pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket and set to roast at 380°F (195°C) for 10 minutes.
- Flip the potatoes halfway through cooking. After another 10 minutes, they should be golden brown and crispy.
