  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 16 ounces chicken sausage, turkey sausage, or plant-based sausage
  • Optional: honey mustard, ketchup, or barbecue sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Slice baby potatoes in half and chop the onion into large pieces for even cooking.
  2. In a zip-top bag, combine potatoes, onion, oil, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Shake until well coated.
