Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 oz. jar dill pickles (about 5-6)
  • ¼ cup flour (gluten-free 1-to-1)
  • 2 Tbsp. milk (oat, cashew, or soy)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain)
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¾1 tsp. salt (to taste)
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Slice pickles into ¼-inch rounds, discarding the ends.
  2. Prepare three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with whisked milk, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each pickle slice first in flour, then in the milk mixture, and finally coat well in the breadcrumbs.
  4. Place half of the coated slices in the air fryer basket without overcrowding; lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Air fry at 400°F for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy. Repeat with remaining slices.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
