  • 3 tablespoons chopped scallions
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 large egg
  • Cooking spray
  • Sweet chili sauce (optional for dipping)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, scallions, soy sauce, and garlic powder until smooth.
  2. Whisk the egg in another small bowl. Lay out the wonton wrappers and spoon about 1 teaspoon of the filling into each wrapper's center. Use your finger dipped in egg to trace the edges for sealing.
  3. Fold the corners up and press firmly to seal.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F. Spray the basket with cooking spray and arrange the wontons in a single layer.
  5. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray and air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
